We supply our own electrical power using an onboard generator! However, we do require access to a standard exterior water spigot at your location.
Depending on vehicle size and condition, complete details typically take between 2.5 to 5 hours. We prioritize thorough quality over speed.
No, you only need to be available at the start to hand over the keys and at the end for inspection and payment, or you can arrange key pickup with us beforehand.
We accept Cash and Interac e-Transfer upon completion of the service. (Please note: we do not accept credit card payments).

Condition Surcharge: Extra charges may apply for vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy mud, biological waste, severe staining, or extreme neglect. An evaluation will be made prior to starting the service.
Mobile Requirements: We bring our own water and power setups for ultimate convenience. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area (driveway or legal street parking) with enough clearance around doors to open fully.
Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions (heavy downpours or freezing temperatures), appointments may need to be rescheduled for safety and quality assurance.
